I have had the pleasure of working at the Integrated Arts Academy for the last 15 years. I am both honored and excited to serve the community as the school's principal. The manner in which the students, staff and community have benefited and grown from the integrated arts model has been both admirable and amazing. My leadership philosophy is grounded in community and respect. I seek the voices, expertise and heart of those charged with developing this magnet school. When we develop a collaborative and caring culture the school can only flourish. With the arts as our guide, our community will create something truly unique to Vermont and, in my opinion, beyond.
